Renowned Comedian Patrick Salvado aka Patrick Idringi, is grieving the untimely loss of his father, who passed away early Monday after a year-long battle with illness.

Salvado took to X formerly known as Twitter and expressed deep sorrow, highlighting his father’s unwavering support throughout his comedy career. Despite personal struggles, Salvado found solace in making others laugh, a passion his father wholeheartedly embraced.

“I’ve been performing through pain since last year, but it’s the only thing that kept me going… My dad loved watching me make others happy. I’ll forever be grateful for his approval when I told him I was quitting engineering for comedy… his answer ‘As long as it makes you happy.’ RIP my superman.”
