Winnie Nwagi’s Daughter And Ghetto Kids To Perform At The Baby & Kids Expo
Destiny Valerie Mirembe, daughter of Ugandan superstar Winnie Nwagi, and the Ghetto Kids have been unveiled as the headlining acts for the second edition of the Baby and Kids Expo, set to take place from May 10th to 12th, 2024, at the UMA Show Grounds in Lugogo.
Destiny will dazzle the audience with her dance prowess, while the Ghetto Kids will serve as MCs for the event, in addition to delivering captivating dance and modeling performances.
Kavuma, the Ghetto Kids’ Manager, expressed his elation, remarking, “This is our chance to bring the magic back home! After astounding audiences on America’s Got Talent and captivating crowds across Europe, we are thrilled to showcase our powerhouse performance once again in Uganda, and what better platform than the Baby and Kids Expo.”
Joweria Nabuuma, Managing Director of Kiara Events Limited, the organizers of the expo, disclosed that this will mark Destiny’s grand debut. “You’ve witnessed these incredible talents on social media; now it’s time to witness their magic firsthand. Get ready to be spellbound as these young stars shine brighter than ever before!”
The Baby & Kids Expo isn’t merely an event; it’s an expedition into the heart of family dynamics, offering an array of activities, including a red-carpet moment for the little ones, face painting, mind-boggling experiments with the Mad Scientist, and the opportunity to explore stalls from the most esteemed brands in the industry.
The entrance fee for children is UGX 5,000 and for adults, UGX 10,000.
